Alpha Males en Parade were a trio from Dana Point, CA in the mid 2000s. Shortly before they disbanded, they responded to a Craigslist ad for a band to play a sweet sixteen party in a really nice neighborhood. A bunch of us met up at their drummer Danny's house before the show for malt liquor and rum. We then packed several cars full of crust-punks and rock n rollers and headed over to the sweet sixteen. There were more of us than the actual attendees of the party, and we lined up through the sushi-filled buffet line and grabbed handfuls in between swigs of Mickey's. The family and friends of the sweet sixteen kid watched from a distance in terror as they watched these hoodlums shovel California rolls and prime rib into their faces.

At some point during their set, Kevin asked for the birthday girl to come up front, and a nervous, ashamed boy walked up to the band. Kevin then wished him a happy birthday, finished their set, collected their $200 from the parents, and we all left to get shitfaced at Danny's park before the cops came.
